Evangelical Lutheran Church in America

The Evangelical Luthern Church in America (ELCA) currently has a ban on non-celibate gay and lesbian clergy. The ELCA also has refused to develop a process for religious marriage ceremonies for same-gender couples, although some ELCA congregations openly support GLBT people and their relationships.
